Obesity is a condition where you accumulate extra fats in your whole body. Somebody goes to take medicine, exercise or for special diet chart. Actually, obesity depends on many conditions.
Explanation
It is seen that females are more prone to obesity than male. The main cause is sedentary habits.
Females sometimes think, they do work, but obesity comes. Why!
In 24 hours, a female, yes, does work, but what kind of work! Similar in obese males, for that male should be known what kind of work he does...

It is seen that, females are more addictive for fast foods or junk foods, and it is another possibility for obesity.
Some people do work from home and sit continuously for much time, so there are no body movements or minimum movements.
Some people eat foods more than their capacity, and continuously do the same...

The main managements below
✅ People should eat food 75% of stomach +20% of water after half an hour.
✅ Must do some free-hand exercises for at least 10 minutes every day.
✅ Eat liquid diet two times and solid food two times. If anybody wants to eat 6 times, then liquid food 4 times and solid food 2 times.
✅ Must avoid fast food, oily foods.
✅ Drink 4 litters of water in 24 hours.
✅ Eat those foods which contain fiber
✅ If not diabetic, take fruits for breakfast.
