Dysentery
Dysentery, what is this, and how people are sufferer with this disease! Many patients ask about this disease and wanted to know the way to rid out. But they do not know they are only guilty rather than bacteria or protozoa, who are causative organism for dysentery.

There are two types of dysentery
1) Bacillary dysentery
2) Amoebic dysentery
Bacillary dysentery
It is caused by shigella bacteria. The main symptom is frank blood during stool. Another symptom is cramping pain in lower abdomen and persists even after stool passes out. This type of pain runs from urinary bladder to downwards, and also run from left iliac fossa, and comes from sigmoid colon to rectum.
There may be fever associate with muco-bloody stool and cramping pain. If persists for long time or affected frequently, then there may arise colon ulcer also. Perforation may sometimes occur. This is the history of bacillary dysentery or blood dysentery.
Now, where from they come!
They come from unhygienic food, or street food, fly, uncooked vegetables, unhygienic raw vegetables.
Management
Very simple management! Do not take raw vegetable like salads. You can take, but must confirm its hygiene before taking.
Must wash vegetables or other foods very roughly before cook, and store in a hygienic place.
Must carry homemade food and maintain hygiene before eating.
Must intake boiled water. Water should boil 20 minutes after when it reaches its boiling point (100 degree of Celsius).
How to know!
Investigate the routine stool, it will show the Frank blood, excess RBC, excess Pus cells, and bacillary stress. And associate symptoms above will confirm bacillary dysentery.
Amoebic dysentery
It is caused by antamoeba histolytica, protozoa. Patient will feel same cramping pain, but around umbilicus, and sometimes urging to stool but passes a little at a time with heavy mucous. Fever may or may not come or low muttering fever sometimes. Face looks like muddy, is the critical feature of amoebic dysentery. Amoebic dysentery may cause liver abscess.
Where from they come!
This organism or protozoa liven in water, unhygienic water, and unhygienic vegetables.
Management
Management of bacillary and amoebic dysentery is the same.
How to know!
Investigate the routine stool, it will show mucous +++, sometime excess of RBC, cyst of antamoeba hystolitica, or vegetative.
Treatment
Homeopathy is the great choice for this disease. Amoebic dysentery generally occurred is topical country, where bacillary dysentery can occur in all over world.
There are many homeopathic medicines work very good on both bacillary and amoebic desentery.
