Horrible health system in West Bengal

West Bengal's health system is very weak. The reason for this weakness is not only that Doctor Babu is like that. The entire health system infrastructure is responsible for this. I have reviewed the health system in various ways in my experience. I have discussed various times about why this health system is like this. Due to the lack of proper government system, today people do not understand what is right and what is wrong. The system that people see in front of their eyes, they accept as right, but in reality the situation of health system is just opposite...

West Bengal health

Some government hospitals and medical colleges located in the center of West Bengal have a very high number of patients. That is because a patient is accompanied by his family members. Especially, when patients come from rural areas, they are accompanied by up to 10 people. Thus the hospitals become overcrowded, which is not desirable.

On review, it will be seen that in the peripheral health systems, due to inadequate infrastructure, proper treatment is not possible. As a result, patients are referred to state government hospitals and medical colleges. Many patients later died in the referral system and their families became agitated. This is a big problem in West Bengal. But if peripheral government services can be tailored, many patients can get services there. Here comes the question of the government's goodwill. And questions also arise over the principles of who is controlling the health system.

A newly passed doctor of a specialized medical system, lured by the lure of more money in the nursing home. As a result, the patient does not receive proper treatment. Needless to say how damaging these nursing homes are. Common people do not understand these, and become dependent on the malpractices of these nursing homes.

Many medical students covertly work in nursing homes while doing internships and house staffships. As a result, the government service is hindered by the addiction of more money. And cannot get a proper education. Due to which they can never become good doctors in later life.

There is also the fragility of government infrastructure. From testing equipment to employment, nothing is fixed. Fewer employees can never serve more patients. There are also various types of incentives in the health system. As a result, the health system is plunged into darkness. Almost everyone has forgotten that health is wealth. There are some crazy people, who think that even the wrong is right and keep talking about it. But who will understand them! Those who will understand are not the right people.

There is much more to say about the health system in West Bengal. In short, health care has become a business in West Bengal.
